Welcome to The Ridgeline! This is the place to be if you're looking to unwind in the tranquil beauty of the Pocono region. Nestled among towering trees and within a short walk to the community lake, this cabin is fully equipped for your comfort and entertainment. Whether you fancy a game of foosball, love old-school arcade games, or simply want to relax by the fire pit or bar area, we've got you covered. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 10 people.

Play any of the multiple arcade or board games, relax by the fire, take a short walk to the lake beach or head out to the multiple close attractions. Located between Jack Frost & Big Boulder ski resorts and within 5-25 minutes from other local attractions Camelback, Kalahari, Premium Outlets, restaurants, water rafting, hiking, wineries, paintball, Pocono Raceway and Mt Airy Casino.

The Ridgeline is the perfect getaway for entertaining or relaxing in the Poconos! Guests have access to the entire house which features:

* Game room with arcade games, pinball, foosball and TV to follow your favorite sport's games.
* High Speed Wi-Fi
* Clean sheets, blankets and towels and bathroom essentials
* 65" and 58" smart TVs (to be used with guest’s Netflix/Amazon Prime account)
* Abundance of board games and books for all ages
* Flexible self-check-in and check-out
* Washer & Dryer

Outdoor:
* Huge back patio with firepit, hammocks and bar area connected to the game room
* Large deck with a gas BBQ grill and dining table perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
* Relaxing porch to see the numerous deer that visit the property every day

Kitchen/Dining:
* Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a home-made meal
* Olive oil and standard spices
* Coffee makers (Keurig, French press, drip coffee machine) and complimentary coffee and tea

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, game room, backyard and firepit. Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival to the house.

Pets:
* Guests bringing a pet must disclose at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 2 dogs are allowed.

Other important things to note:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 10 people.
* You must provide your ID to Airbnb to verify your identity. A valid email address and phone number must be provided before check-in.
* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit as an instant penalty if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
* A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking.
* Per Community request, guests will be asked to provide a list of their vehicle(s) information prior to the start of their stay. The cabin allows a maximum of 5 cars at all times and it is mandatory for all vehicles to be registered with the community before arrival.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior doors of this property.
* The house has air conditioning in the upstairs living room ONLY. Ceiling fans are available in the living rooms, master and twin bedroom. Portable fans for other rooms are available.
* Only REGISTERED boats, kayaks, paddle boards are allowed on the lake.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
