*A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking. Additionally, Guests are required to complete a community registration form.
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 6 people.
* Minimum age to rent is 25 years old unless prior good reviews are available.
* You must provide your ID to Airbnb to verify your identity. A valid email address and phone number must be provided before check-in.
* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 11 pm - 8 am.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.

July 2026I really enjoyed my stay . I loved the cabin and all the amenities like the pool and fitness center . Hot tub was great too . The neighborhood was quiet and very bike rideable which was a big plus to me . Host was helpful and accommodating . Plan on coming back .

June 2026The house is absolutely perfect. so clean, modern amenities, everything worked as it should. The hot tub was divine. Everything easy to use. air conditioning VERY quiet. Some of the nicest beds you could find. Slept so well. Very restful weekend. Will definitely be back in the near future...Thanks for everything.
