Welcome to Iron Elk Cabin! The perfect place to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of the Pocono region! Entertainment is guaranteed in this beautiful cabin equipped with a hot tub, a fire pit, a pool table, and large covered and uncovered decks to breathe the fresh mountain air. The house is located just steps from the private community lake with a beach, a playground, and community pickleball and tennis court.

Unwind and melt stress away as you relax by the fire, take a short walk to the lake beach or head out to the many nearby attractions. Our cabin backs up directly to the expansive state game lands which can easily be explored directly from our yard.

The spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus an extra private room with queen-sized accommodations offering plenty of room for the entire family. Iron Elk Cabin is the perfect getaway for entertaining or relaxing in the Poconos! Guests have access to the entire house which features:

* Pool table, dart board, and foosball table for a great time
* High Speed Wi-Fi
* Clean sheets, blankets and towels and bathroom essentials
* Three Roku TV’s throughout the house (to be used with guest’s Netflix/Amazon Prime account)
* Abundance of board games and books for all ages
* Flexible self-check-in and check-out
* Washer & Dryer

Outdoors:
* Huge backyard with hot tub, firepit, hammocks and picnic table
* Large deck with a dining table perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
* Gas BBQ and charcoal BBQ available. Please bring your own charcoal.
* Relaxing covered porch to see the wildlife that visit the property daily

Kitchen/Dining:
* Large, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-made meal
* Olive oil and standard spices included
* Coffee makers (Keurig, French press, drip coffee machine) with complimentary coffee and tea

Located just minutes from Lake Harmony and the Jack Frost Big Boulder ski resorts; and within 25 minutes from other popular Pocono attractions such as Camelback, Kalahari, Premium Outlets, restaurants, water rafting, hiking, wineries, paintball, Pocono Raceway and Mt Airy Casino.

You will have exclusive access to the entire cabin, hot tub, backyard and firepit. Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival at the cabin.

Pets:
* Guests bringing a pet must disclose at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 2 dogs are allowed.

Other important things to note:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 10 people.
* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit as an instant penalty if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
* A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking.
* Per Community request, guests will be asked to provide a list of their vehicle(s) information prior to the start of their stay. The cabin allows a maximum of 5 cars at all times and it is mandatory for all vehicles to be registered with the community before arrival.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
