July 2026House was clean and well furnished. Beds were great, kitchen had everything you would need. One block from the beach. AC went out for one day, but Nica arranged for repairman to come at 8 PM in the evening and fix it that evening. Terrific response time!

July 2026The home was great, easy walk to the beach, steps to the pool! Plenty of room inside for everyone in our group to be comfortable. Nica was very responsive to an issue we had the day of check in, she sent someone out promptly and the issue was resolved quickly.

June 2026My friends and I had a wonderful time here. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access at the end of the street. The pool was great and the house was the perfect size! I recommend this as a place to stay and will likely rent again.
