Welcome to Riverfront Retreat! Escape the chaos of everyday life and hit the reset button in this recently renovated cabin. Nestled alongside the gentle flow of the Lehigh River, this hideaway invites you to unwind and embrace the tranquility of nature. Picture yourself on the screened porch, taking in the crisp, mountain air as you sip your favorite drink. Inside, the living room basks in abundant natural light, streaming through windows and skylights, creating a soothing ambiance.

Slow down, reconnect and enjoy the quiet in this beautiful cabin or head out to the multiple close attractions. The cabin is within 10-25 minutes from the ski slopes (Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder), Kalahari, Premium Outlets, restaurants, rafting, wineries, Pocono Raceway and Mt Airy Casino.

Riverfront Retreat is the perfect getaway for relaxing and unwinding in the Poconos! Guests have access to the entire house which features:

* High Speed Wi-Fi
* Clean sheets, blankets and towels and bathroom essentials
* 58" smart TV (to be used with guest's Netflix/Amazon Prime account)
* Abundance of board games and books for all ages
* Flexible self-check-in and check-out
* Washer and Dryer

Outdoors:
* Access to Lehigh River passing through the backyard
* A screened-in porch with outdoor dining for 4 and additional seating
* Backyard with firepit, hammocks and outdoor dining table. Liquid fire starters are not provided or allowed
* Gas BBQ available. We provide propane.

Kitchen/Dining:
* Fully stocked small kitchen with everything you need for a home-made meal
* Olive oil and standard spices
* Coffee makers (French press, single serve coffee machine, drip coffee machine) and complimentary coffee and tea

You'll have exclusive access to the entire cabin, secluded backyard, firepit and the river passing thought the backyard. Guests will receive an access code prior to arrival to the house.

There is a paved driveway where you can park right next to the house. The driveway is very steep, please keep this in mind when booking your winter stay. During the snowy months, we do get the driveway plowed, but plowing crew will come after snowing has stopped.

Pets:
* Guests bringing a pet must disclose at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee.
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
* No more than 1 dog is allowed.

Other important things to note:
* The maximum occupancy at all times is 7 people.
* You must provide your ID to Airbnb to verify your identity. A valid email address and phone number must be provided before check-in.
* No parties are allowed in the house. This is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.
* No smoking of any type permitted inside the house. We reserve the right to keep the security deposit as an instant penalty if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
* A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking.
* For your safety and ours, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property.

* Some phone providers have weak signal, but the internet works exceptionally well.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
